HHH is a bespoke handwritten correspondence service. You purchase a Letter, Postcard, or Email, tell us the message and recipient, and we handwrite and send it for you.

Choose a product → write your message & recipient details at checkout → we handwrite it within 1–3 business days → it’s mailed via Australia Post (or delivered to your inbox for Emails).

Domestic post: ~2–6 business days (regular).
International: typically 2–4 weeks (varies by country). Tracking upgrades available on request.

Yes. We post worldwide. Standard postcards/letters aren’t tracked by default; ask us if you’d like tracked/registered options.

Our default is off-white paper and black ink. You can request variations (e.g., blue ink, lavender accent) in Order Notes—we’ll confirm if available.

If an item hasn’t arrived after a reasonable window (domestic 15 business days; international 30), contact us—we’ll make it right.

We accept major cards (Stripe), Apple Pay/Google Pay where available, and PayPal.
